Is this maple syrup? No I think it's blueberry.

SO much happened today that I don't know where to start. I am glad that I am not starting spring break off with days in my pajamas. It feels nice to have to change out of them to go places. My first stop the hockey rink.

I met some friends to watch a hockey game. It was the Austin Ice Bats versus the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees. I never realized how fierce a sport hockey is. It is no wonder many of the athletes in this forte are missing teeth. It seems someone is always slamming someone against the wall or crashing into someone. I guess thats why there is so much padding. It wasn't that exciting at first because we were losing but one we tied it up I was totally into it. The whole dynamic of the stadium changed as well. It was invigorating. Too bad we lost in overtime on a penalty shot. Talk about disappointing.

After the game we walked over to IHOP. It was Wendy, Jackie, my close friend and I. It was good times, not to mention there was pancakes! The only disappointing thing was the waitress handed me warm maple syrup which turned out to be warm blueberry syrup. I didn't care though I was all over that.

With the pancakes sitting happily in my tummy we decided to go back to my close friends apartment and play scrabble. This time we would play it in person rather than online. I had beat her tons of times but tonite I met my doom. She didn't win though so I will stick to the fact that I am better than her. Hey I am a Leo, we are a very proud sign. We then played some pop culture game in which Jackie and I dominated. We did pretty good, we read each other rather well for practically being strangers. I know Jackie through my close friend.

Leaving the close friend's apartment I was anticipating a call from my facebook wife Erin to pick her up from the airport. She was coming back from Vegas for a friend's wedding. She said it would be around 11:30 but she would call because she is on stand by. Well it is about 1am and I am still waiting for her to call. So while I waited I went to my friend Dylan's house. It has been a while since I have seen him and our friend Stephany was there with Matt Brown. I hung out there and we played catch up as well as a few games of beer pong. I lost both games but had fun losing. I miss those guys so much. They live less than 5 minutes away and I don't make it over there as much as I should.
