Gary!

On Saturday I anticipated being lazy and never leaving the house. I had a pretty long week so I was going to just relax and bum out. Then I received a call from a friend, whom I had not heard from in a while. He wanted to hang out and since my day was pretty much clear I decided to go.

When I had arrived at his apartment he was outside with an unexpected friend. He now had a puppy named Gary. Gary is one of the cutest weeny dogs that I have ever seen. He was so spunky and full of energy, as most pups are. We wanted to go have drinks somewhere but did not know where. All we knew was that we wanted to sit outside since it was an amazingly beautiful day. We narrowed our choices to 3 places, but still could not decided. So we decided to write the choices down on pieces of paper and let Gary choose. We called Gary in and he sniffed one piece of paper and left. However Gary did not make a good choice. We ended up walking out of the restaurant.

So we headed over to Hula Hut, my favorite place ever! The wait for a table was an hour and half! So we made the best of our situation. We went to the bar outside and ordered margaritas. We didn't even finish our first margarita before our table was ready. It was only 9 minutes! We didn't argue. We went our table ordered queso and had a fish bowl drink. Let's just say the rest of the day was good. I really got to unwind after that long week.
